I am always excited to visit the downtown location. The staff are friendly, welcoming and provide quality customer service – in the branch and over the telephone.
Recently, while in the area, I went into the branch to say hello to my favorite representative, Greg Taylor. While sharing a conversation, I mention that I was on my way to a different bank to make a large cash transaction. Greg reminded me that cashiers checks were free. Immediately, I returned with the cash and also made a deposit to my account (intended for the other bank). I left the branch a satisfied customer, as always!

I want to take a moment to share what a pleasure it has been working with Greg Taylor over the last couple of years! I have been banking with Advantis for over 10 years and have enjoyed working with a local credit union. However, I have never had a consistent banker until Greg started helping me. I own three businesses and have at least 10 different bank accounts. As a small business owner my finances are complicated. Greg has consistently gone above and beyond to help with my numerous questions. The recent pandemic has added additional layers of complication to my finances and Greg has not missed a beat! He has been there to help every time I need something with a big smile on his face. I am very grateful for his assistance and can’t say enough nice things about him:-)

Monica Ao was the best person there to work with on a mortgage. She took the time to answer all my questions and when it came to getting a rate quote she was by far the lowest I’ve found. This is a branch. There is a bank inside. It is not atm only. Google maps lied to me and I was driving clear across town for no reason.

Never have I had such poor service at a bank. I stood in line forever to find out that I cannot cash my unemployment checks because I don’t have an account with them but they will not let me open an account either. Never will I ever tell my friends or family to bank with Wells fargo!

Absolutely, hands down, THE WORST experience I’ve ever had with a financial institution. Outdated, difficult to use website, customer service agents take forever to answer the phone and then hang up on you halfway through so you have to call back and start all over. The branch is randomly closed for no apparent reason and no notice. DO NOT put your money here if you ever need a wire or a cashier’s check, you’ll never get it.

I’m the Vice President of a 55 year old automotive aftermarket distribution company. My company has been built on a foundation of providing incredible customer service and a high level of integrity. Today I had the opportunity to work with Omar finalizing an auto loan. Omar just set the bar for excellence. I was literally blown away! His communication, dedication, and commitment to the loan process was phenomenal. It was easy to see how much he enjoys helping and working with clients. The process was extremely easy. Unitus is beyond lucky to have Omar representing their institution. These days it’s difficult to experience this level of follow up and customer service. It’s rare people surprise me, I would consider myself very lucky to have Omar working for my own company. When it comes to my banking needs, I will only reach out to Omar for any of my future endeavors.

Absolutely the worst customers service I’ve experienced with any business occurred in the last year. I recently made the switch to OnPoint and I recommend that anyone wondering whether they should join a credit union, the answer is yes, just a hard no with Unitus. Without going into too much detail, I was treated terribly, and when I said I was taking my business to another credit union and they saw I meant it, they treated a long time customer like I was nothing. Even went as far as to add charges they’d removed off my account back on. Tam the bank manager is a complete and total waste of air. The guy makes promises he can’t keep, then after he flat out lies to your face, he will screen your calls after, and avoid you to no end. He completely 100% dropped the ball on a commercial real estate loan for us, then flat out avoided us after because he’s a coward and couldn’t even apologize for screwing the whole deal up and dragging me out for 2 weeks waiting for a solution that he very well knew he had no intentions on following through with. I felt like one of the personal bankers, Hayden, truly understood my rather unique financial situation being unemployed on and off during the pandemic thus far. Very unhelpful during the PPP loan process. Couldn’t get my small business ” relationship manager” to call me back so I could complete the application. So now my small business is in jeopardy. I have 4 accounts with this bank and have banked here for decades. Very disappointed.

I’ve known Morgan Montgomery for many years now. .What I’ve learned is Morgan knows the in’s and out’s of this business. He’s always willing to go out on a limb to help you get your needs met. He’s a really nice guy who’s been in the business a long time and is still passionate about making people feel confident while handeling their money.

Super helpful at this location. Tellers are very friendly and the manager that was there when I went in today was able to go above and beyond helping with my auto loan when selling my car.

Now, I have worked hard over the past few years to fix my credit and it is pretty good at this point. It takes a while for it to get better and with one swift kick in the butt I am down again. Well, Thank You Wells Fargo. Your lovely policies for raping someone for 18 bucks is pretty low. And, at $30 bucks a month it added up fast. But here is the punch in the face for me, they never told me they were closing this account and sending it to collections. I am with Bank of America and they have treated me very well. My coach was wrong and I have told him this. DO NOT GO TO WELLS FARGO, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.”}]}

Banker helped me activate an extra percentage on cash back. Helped me set up an IRA account and refinance a small loan which reduced the percentage rate on the loan by more than half! Opps this was for the branch on Columbia St.
