I took a case to them as my sister had stolen my mother’s money. They stated that I would be able to rely on them to determine if I had a valid case. Since filing our rental property forms (we are exempt), City of Portland has sold our mailing information to every two-bit solicitor in the county. We are constantly getting junk mail addressed to “Business Owner.” Our junk mail has tripled since filing with Portland. Please make it stop!
